CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A 45-year-old Tiffin man was killed Thursday night in Seneca County when his motorcycle collided with a car that turned in front of him, the State Highway Patrol says.
Joseph Knott was driving a 2012 Harley-Davidson Street Glide southwest on Ohio 101 at about 9:30 p.m. when a 2018 Ford EcoSport driven by a 91-year-old Tiffin resident attempted to turn left onto Township Road 188, the patrol says.
Knott, who was not wearing a helmet, crashed into the Ford and was thrown from bike, the patrol says.
The crash remains under investigation and it’s unknown if drugs or alcohol were factors.
